By downloading, installing, or using Supadroid ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Supadroid is a desktop email client that syncs your Gmail account to a local database on your machine. The App provides fast local search, offline access, and a native desktop experience for managing your email.
To use Supadroid, you must authenticate with a valid Google account via OAuth 2.0. For paid features, you must create a Supadroid account with a valid email address and payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Free plan: Includes 1 Gmail account, local search, offline access, and 7-day sync history. Free forever with no credit card required.
Pro plan ($12/month): Includes unlimited Gmail accounts, full inbox sync, advanced search filters, AI-powered search, custom keyboard shortcuts, and priority support.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You retain full ownership of your email data. Supadroid stores your emails locally on your device. We do not access, read, or store your email content on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Supadroid and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Supadroid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Supadroid name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Supadroid.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any email data synced from Gmail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supadroid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your locally stored data remains on your device.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
