At Supadroid, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our desktop email client application and related services. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including your Google account email address and authentication tokens when you sign in via Google OAuth. Our application syncs your Gmail data to a local SQLite database on your device. This data remains on your machine and is not uploaded to our servers. We also collect basic usage analytics, device information, and crash reports to improve our service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Supadroid desktop application, authenticate your identity and connect to Gmail services, sync your email data locally for fast offline access, send you push notifications about new emails via our cloud proxy, process AI-powered email queries through our secure proxy server, and improve and optimize our application performance.

Data Storage and Security

Your email data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database. Authentication tokens are securely stored in our cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication, encrypted token storage with 30-day expiration, and WebSocket connections secured with authentication tokens.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not read, access, or store your email content on our servers
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
• We do not use your email data for advertising or marketing purposes
• We do not train AI models on your email content

Third-Party Services

Supadroid integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Gmail API — to sync your email. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — for payment processing on paid plans. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Your locally synced emails remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the application. If you cancel your account, we delete your account information from our systems within 30 days.

Your Rights

• Delete your local email database at any time by removing the app
• Revoke Supadroid's access to your Gmail via your Google Account settings
• Request deletion of your Supadroid account and associated data
• Export your data in standard formats

Children's Privacy

Supadroid is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or via email. Continued use of Supadroid after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
