Refund Policy

This page explains when Supadroid purchases may be refunded, how cancellations work, and how to request billing help.

Overview

Unless required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds may still be available where you exercise a statutory withdrawal or refund right, where a refund is approved on a discretionary basis, or where applicable law provides a remedy for a product defect or delivery issue.

Country-Specific Consumer Rights

Buyers may have unconditional cancellation or withdrawal rights depending on the country of purchase. These legal rights override this page where required.

  • EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the UK: consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for eligible purchases.
  • Turkey and Israel: consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for eligible purchases.
  • South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada: consumers may have a 7-day cancellation right for eligible purchases.
  • Singapore: consumers may have a 5-day cancellation right for eligible purchases.

Some digital-content rights can end once a product has started being downloaded, accessed, streamed, or otherwise used after the buyer has consented to early access.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, cancellation still prevents future charges after the current period ends.

Technical or Product Defects

If Supadroid has a persistent technical issue or material defect that prevents access to the features or benefits described at purchase, contact us so we can investigate and try to resolve it. If the issue remains unresolved, you may still have rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Discretionary Refunds

We may review refund requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction date on a discretionary, case-by-case basis. Submitting a request in that period does not guarantee approval, and we may consider factors such as the product, the reason for the request, and product usage or consumption.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact shubham@supadroid.com with the email address tied to your purchase, the approximate transaction date, and a short description of the issue. Including your receipt or billing reference helps us review the request faster.

Processing and Access

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method where possible. If a refund is granted, access to the refunded product may end, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
